Return & Refund Policy

At Aura, every product is made with love and crafted especially for you. Since most of our products are customized, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the uniqueness of each order.

📦 Returns & Replacements

Customized Products (like photo/text tees):

  • We do not accept returns on customized items, as they are made exclusively for you.
  • However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily offer a replacement.
  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos showing the issue.

Non-Customized Products (e.g., ready-made tees):

  • We can arrange a replacement, but the customer will need to bear:
    • Shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse
    • Shipping cost for the new product

📝 Important Notes

  • Orders with Partial COD Payment:
    Once a custom design is confirmed and/or printing begins, no refunds will be issued—even if the order is cancelled later. This is because the T-shirt is already designed specifically for you.
  • Refunds (if applicable):
    We do not offer refunds for customized products unless the order is not fulfilled due to an error from our side.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Please double-check the photo, text, and size before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if we do not receive sufficient evidence of damage or if misuse is suspected.
  • Replacements will be sent once the original product is returned (if applicable) or damage is verified.
