1. Returns

1.1 Custom and Personalized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

1.2 Non-Custom Products: For non-customized products, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@auraclothing.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [support@auraclothing.com] with your order number and details about the product condition.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, items with missing parts, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom and personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
