3. International Shipping

3.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Aura Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages: Aura Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
5.1 P.O. Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure successful delivery.
5.2 APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

7. Delays

8.1 Reporting Damages: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
